Kathy Wharton - Operations Manager

Kathy Wharton and her family have resided in Central Florida for over 20 years. For 17 of those, Kathy has accumulated experience that spans multiple areas of the title industry, including title searches, policies and commitments, processing and closing files. Additionally, she has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies and has completed the requirements for her Florida State Title License as well as training in fraud prevention, foreclosures, HUD preparation, short sales, and reverse mortgages.

Throughout years of learning and training, what Kathy has perfected is her customer service which is stellar thanks to the highest level of communication during the entire closing transaction.
